How your data is handled
Lead and account data lives in EU-hosted infrastructure and is encrypted in transit (TLS) and at rest (AES-256 on managed databases). When data is sent to an AI provider it is used only to serve the request, is not used to train the provider’s models, and is deleted within at most 30 days. We do not sell personal data or use it for advertising. Retention, deletion, and your GDPR rights are set out in the Privacy Policy.
Google user data & Limited Use
Scout connects to the Google Calendar API to schedule viewings on your behalf. The use of raw or derived user data received from Workspace APIs will adhere to the Google User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.
In plain terms: Google user data is used only to provide Scout’s scheduling features to you. It is never sold, never used for advertising, and never used to create, train, or improve AI or machine-learning models. Where AI processing is involved, our AI provider operates under contractual zero-data-retention terms and is prohibited from training on your data.
