Sub-Processors

Effective 08.07.2026

A “sub-processor” is a third party that processes personal data on behalf of Epic House SIA to run the Scout service. We keep the number of sub-processors to the minimum needed to operate, and every one is bound by a written data-processing agreement with obligations no less protective than our own, EU Standard Contractual Clauses (or an applicable adequacy decision) for any transfer outside the EEA, and - for AI providers - contractual zero-data-retention: prompts and outputs are not retained and are never used to train models.

The itemised list

We maintain a current, itemised list that names each sub-processor together with its specific purpose, location and transfer safeguard. Because that list forms part of our customer agreement, we provide it to customers under a Data Processing Agreement on request - write to privacy@scoutgo.app.

We give customers at least 30 days’ prior notice of any planned addition or replacement of a sub-processor, so you can object on reasonable data-protection grounds before the change takes effect. If we cannot resolve your objection, you may terminate the affected part of the Service for the unused portion of your subscription.
